Nautie is one of the new patterns in Knitty's spring publication. Lately, I have been challenging myself. So, I saw this pattern and thought to myself that would be a great kitty catnip toy. I stuff it with some catnip, it is small, and it has tentacles which is lots of string like things for them to play. Anyways, after a few hours of playing with the pattern (which looks nothing like the photos) and I look up at DH and say, "Why doesn't mine ever look like the photo?" Well, it was a first try. I am going to try this one again. But, I was able to play with another Knitty design which I reveal later in the week.
